Returns and Refunds
All products returned within 30 days of receipt are eligible for a full refund of the product price less any applicable restocking fees. Products returned must be approved by a representative at ANH. Any products returned before ANH approve will be refused and returned to sender and ANH will not be responsible to any incurred shipping costs. For ALL products, shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be returned regardless of date of purchase for refunds. ANH products that are returned and deemed defective that are under our manufacturer warranty, and are being exchanged for a replacement are subject to receive a free return shipping label or return fee. Returns due to non-quality issues, shipping costs need to be borne by you. Refunds are only available to purchases made directly from ANH and not from resellers.
